At Kinetic Counseling, I provide individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, and educational workshops with the belief that lasting change occurs when people understand not only what they are experiencing, but why they are experiencing it.
My approach is grounded in neuroscience, attachment theory, trauma research, interpersonal neurobiology, and evidence-based psychotherapy. I believe that understanding how the brain and nervous system work is one of the most powerful tools for healing. Rather than simply treating symptoms, I help clients develop the knowledge and skills to recognize patterns, understand their emotional and physiological responses, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Throughout our work together, I teach practical concepts such as metacognition, dual awareness, nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and the ways our brains adapt through experience. By learning to work with both the mind and the nervous system, clients become better equipped to respond thoughtfully instead of reacting automatically, increase emotional resilience, strengthen relationships, and move toward the life they want to create.
Every person brings a unique history, set of strengths, values, aspirations, and life experiences. Therapy at Kinetic Counseling is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in respect for each client’s goals and worldview. Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or personal growth, my role is to provide a compassionate, scientifically informed partnership that helps you gain insight, build practical skills, and create sustainable forward momentum.
Healing is not simply about feeling better—it’s about understanding yourself more deeply, developing greater flexibility in your mind and nervous system, and building a life that reflects who you are and what matters most to you.
